At MEM we believe prevention is better than cure and through integrated, sustainable and innovative planning the requirement for water treatment can be significantly reduced. However, we recognise that under many scenarios some form of water treatment is often required to support site operations as part of environmental management. In addition, water treatment may be the only practical option for the effective management of many legacy sites. As such our approach is to support the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable water treatment technologies such as sono-electrical water treatment systems being developed in our home country of Wales.
