Great start to 2026 unveiling Cambrian Carbon, one of our subsidiaries, at Carbon Unbound West Coast!
Michael Battersby and Will Savage attended to bring Cambrian Carbon out of stealth mode, sharing our concept for permanent CDR that is based on 30 years of highly efficient mass transfer and work within the mining industry. We connected with DAC project developers struggling to find storage solutions and industry leaders supporting the deployment of CDR at scale.
The first keynote was delivered by Julio Friedmann (the Carbon Wrangler!) explaining why CDR 2.0 will require engineering design and scalability. Cambrian Carbon is built on credible reactor technology already deployed and processing over a quarter of a billion tonnes of material annually. We believe it is this foundation that will enable the valourisation of mineral waste to generate megatonnes of CDR at mines globally.
